Great Job of Troubleshooting from Washington to Florida

I have a 2002 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. The instrument cluster stopped working. The car was not worth spending a lot of money to repair it and my wife didn't like using my TOM TOM for a speedometer. I pulled it out and sent it in for repairs and had it back in the vehicle within a week. I highly recommend Cluster Fix and wish I would have known about them when my 2006 Ford F350 cluster went off the deep end! 5 Stars!!

Folks, got my Volvo DIM back today, re-installed it and it is working perfectly. Nice to see the display again after years out. I simply am so appreciative of your whole business. Its a model, how to do it, all of it - I simply can't put into words! I saved about $1,800 over what the dealer was going to charge to replace it with a new one, program it, etc.. Awesome.

I received the instrument cluster for my 2004 Chevy Silverado today and re-installed it. It was as clean as new out of the package. As soon as I fired it up it came to life and works like a champ. It is nice to have the instruments back again and properly lit up.

My cluster for my 04 Taurus is working like new. Its not often I get service that exceeds my expectations, but in this case, you fixed all of the things I knew were wrong and a couple I didn't know about. Good work and I hope it lasts, I have 352,000 miles on the car and its my favorite because its so reliable and cheap to operate. I hope t get to a half million before I retire it!

Cluster Backlighting

After driving without the back-lighting on my Chrysler 300 instrument cluster for a few years I was lucky enough to stumble upon Clusterfix.net. After a bit of email correspondence with Shannon and figuring out how to take the cluster itself out, I sent my cluster off to be fixed. I’ll admit it was a bit nerve wrecking to send my cluster out of state and through the mail, but now I can honestly say I’m glad I did. Shannon performed a bench test for an inoperative EL lighting and found that a foil ribbon had been damaged from previous disassembly. At this point he contacted me by phone to give me a status update and kept doing so as he went forward with the repairs. The back-lighting on my cluster is back and working great and I am very thankful for the outstanding customer service I received.

2005 Nissan Quest Cluster

Email correspondence and customer service was quick and exemplary. They assisted me with the removal process and all went well. I was stationed overseas when I ordered the repair, so shipping took a longer for me, but turn around time was still around 10 days. I also did not know that they offered a military discount. When they found out that I was military, I assume because of my APO address, Cluster Fix refunded me 10% of my bill. Shannon and Cluster Fix were excellent to work with and the repair worked great, holding up two years later.
