Our service center will be closed from July 22nd through August 6th so units would need to be received by Saturday July 18th to help ensure it will be repaired before closure. We will still be receiving packages during this time period if you are sending yours in for service for when we reopen. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.
Got the gauge cluster back and installed it in my QX56. Everything works flawlessly, speedometer, tachometer, all of the LEDs. And totally satisfied with the work and will recommend to anyone needing gauge cluster repair.
