I sent my instrument cluster on Monday afternoon at 4:30 pm Jan 23 and received my unit repaired and working like new on Friday Jan 27 at 2 pm. I had my vehicle up and running by 3 PM. Excellent job. When the fuel gauge started malfunctioning, I called Nissan and was quoted $1200. I waited until the fuel gauge did not work at all and the mileage was unreadable. For less then $150, the cluster works better than it ever did. The videos were extremely helpful and very easy to follow. I don't know why I waited. I sent the cluster off and before Cluster fix was supposed to receive it, I was notified it was on its way back to me. I was amazed.

The cluster unit in my 2004 GMC Envoy has been inoperable for several years. I carried it to a dealer and received a quote of right around $1000 to fix it. I sent it to Cluster Fix for a complete rebuild and for around $200 it looks and works like new. I had my cluster back in my vehicle less than a week after I mailed it in, which is almost unheard of. I would not hesitate to recommend Cluster Fix to all of my friends who may have similar problems with their cluster.
Also, thanks for the instructional videos for removing the cluster. I am one of the least mechanically inclined person that I know and I was able to remove and reinstall the cluster with ease.

Thank you so much for the service. The solder joints on the instrument panel had cracks in it which would short out causing the vehicle not to start without a slap on top of the dash.
They received it at noon on Tues, I got a phone call around 3:00, informing me that the instrument panel had been repaired and was being taken to the post office.
It was delivered around noon on Fri, I have never had local repair finished so quickly, let alone something that was 2500 miles away.
I am impressed and very thankful.

2005 Ford F150 fx4....I sent my cluster to cluster fix across the country to get my odometer fix my display was no longer working..the service was great and great communication with the peoeple at cluster fix..very fast service and the display works great ..I would recommend cluster fix to my friends and who ever that would need there services ..thank u

I sent in my 2004 H2 cluster for repair, they did a great job of fixing the cluster that had lights out and gauges not working. It looks brand new for a Hummer with 142,000 miles on it. The turn around time was two days and I would highly recommend Cluster Fix.

Our 05 Nissan's odometer and gas gauge had been fading in and out for years. Nissan had provided an estimate of over $800.00 to repair. Upset with Nissan and unable to find a local mechanic that could repair it, and since we drove the vehicle infrequently, years went by with it malfunctioning. Until one day when I found Cluster Fix on the internet. At this point, with nothing to loose, we watched the videos and read the testimonials. Within seven days of filling out a work order - the odometer and gas gauge are now readable! The video was extremely informative and customer service was friendly and helpful. We could not be more pleased!! Don't pay Nissan any more money - they should have fixed it for free since it's a major issue for so many of their vehicles. Instead - give Cluster Fix a chance.
