Our service center will be closed from July 22nd through August 6th so units would need to be received by Saturday July 18th to help ensure it will be repaired before closure. We will still be receiving packages during this time period if you are sending yours in for service for when we reopen. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.
I found Cluster Fix on the net. I've had two different repairs done by them. Cluster Fix does great work and is a very friendly company. They've saved me a great deal of money and the turn around was fast. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a repair.
