NOTICE: We will be closed from February 3rd thru the 11th. For a quick turnaround we will need to have repairs in by Friday the 30th and repairs sent in after the 11th may not be completed until we reopen on the 12th. The office will still be open to receive packages during our closure dates so your repairs can still be sent in during this time and we will service them in the order that they are received. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.

Warranty Information

All of our repairs come standard with a one year warranty.  Repair services that come with a longer warranty will be noted under the repair service option for the vehicle you selected.

Extended warranty options are available as well and can be added during the checkout process when adding a repair to the cart.

In the event your component fails under the standard warranty period and is no longer repairable, the repair service can be pro-rated out and you will be refunded the balance or it can be applied to a replacement when available.

Things that can void your warranty include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Disassembly of your unit or evidence of tampering
  2. Removal of warranty / security label
  3. Physical damage to your unit caused by water, intrusion, fire, dropping or mishandling
  4. Electrical damage to your unit caused by jump starts, high amperage battery chargers, improper electrical testing, shorted wiring, etc.
