Email correspondence and customer service was quick and exemplary. They assisted me with the removal process and all went well. I was stationed overseas when I ordered the repair, so shipping took a longer for me, but turn around time was still around 10 days. I also did not know that they offered a military discount. When they found out that I was military, I assume because of my APO address, Cluster Fix refunded me 10% of my bill. Shannon and Cluster Fix were excellent to work with and the repair worked great, holding up two years later.

As noted by the feedback left by others here, absolutely incredible service provided by Shannon, Lori, and everyone else at Cluster Fix.

The speedometer and oil gauge in my 2005 Trailblazer cluster went haywire, and as a result I was in need of a repair. With the help of Shannon's video I pulled the cluster on a Sunday, and mailed it in Monday morning.

Remarkably, the cluster arrived back home on Saturday morning, and an hour after its arrival the cluster was reinstalled in my vehicle and the dash bezel back in place.

North Carolina to Washington to North Carolina in less than a week!

The entire process was far easier than I expected, and as a result I highly recommend Cluster Fix.

Here I was in Alaska with my newly purchased 2000 Windstar's instruments showing signs of trouble. A quick search on the internet indicated major problems to come. Within a day the issues escalated to an erratic tach and speedometer. After watching a YouTube video that Cluster Fix posted I was able to remove the instrument cluster in no time at all and ship it out. True to their statement, the cluster was fixed and shipped back to me quickly.( I paid for express) Installation was even faster than removal and I had my car up and running in about 15 minutes. So, there I sat with my worthless instrument cluster in my truck. Suppose to be leaving on Tuesday with trailer attached headed to Pendleton Roundup. I called CF on Monday. I explained my situation and urgency. They are local to me, so I dropped the cluster off on Monday afternoon around 1:30, and they said they would do everything possible to have it back to me Tuesday. I woke up to a phone call at 8:30 am on Tuesday morning saying it was fixed. All I have to say is AWESOME and great people to work with. Love doing business with family owned businesses, and without doubt, will call on them again in the future. Not only did they fix the problem, it looked brand new when I picked up! Wow, unbelievable, I live in Baltimore, MD (East Coast). I sent my cluster via USPS on Thursday July 30th, paid extra for Express. They received the cluster on Saturday August 1. It is Tuesday Aug 4th at 11:30 and the postman just delivered my cluster. Now that is turn around service. I will install in a few hours and let you all know if everything went well. If their Workmanship is as good as their customer service then I should have no worries.

This was a great find - these guys are awesome! The fan and temperature controls on our Highlander were not working at all. I shipped the climate cluster out to them and got it back in a week. I re-installed it and it is working like new. I would highly recommend them - completely satisfied with their service!

These guys rock! I have a 92 bronco that devolved a hard trans shift issue out of the blue. While after changing every sensor possible and 8 months of messing with it I have a friend suggest Cluster Fix. Problem gone instantly !!!!

I found Cluster Fix on Youtube and was shown how to remove the dash to get to the cluster ( great video on how to). I shipped it out on a Monday and had it back by Friday ( Philadelphia to Washington and back). I had two problems with my cluster and both were fix.
