2003 GMC Envoy
I cannot begin to express enough the amazing customer service that was going well beyond expectations! We have a 2003 GMC Envoy which had its Odometer and Gear Display not working which Cluster Fix repaired without issue. This in itself is truly appreciated; however, the real amazing outcome from our experience is how the staff went out of their way and most certainly above and beyond any customer service expectation we could have ever hoped for. Without going into great detail other then mentioning our travel time sensitive / crisis we had faced with Cluster Fix took on the challenge and ensured our needs were taken care of! Categorically and irrefutably one of the best customer service experiences we have had and are we are very thankful for the amazing support from the staff! Thank-you ever so much for caring!
