ATTENTION: We will be closed from Tuesday March 18th - 24th so will not be taking calls or doing repairs during this time period but we will be open to accept packages so that you can still send them in for when repairs resume on Tuesday March 25th. In order for us to complete your repair before the closure dates we will need to have received your unit no later than Thursday March 13th.

Thanks for living up to the expectation you created! I was at a loss as to what to do when the speedometer/odometer on my 1996 Ford Bronco suddenly stopped working, and the transmission starting banging into second gear. A Google search of the issue led me to believe that it was a faulty PSOM (Programmable Speedometer/Odometer Module). This is not an easy part to find/replace, and if you do, the mileage of your vehicle will reflect the mileage of the donor vehicle. Then I saw your YouTube video about repairing the PSOM. I was able to remove the instrument cluster following your instructions, and then I mailed the cluster across the country from Virginia to Washington State. (After all, it's for a Bronco for goodness sake.) Two weeks later, I reinstall the cluster and voila, good as new. Can't thank you enough. Very fair price even after the expense of mailing the cluster.
