ATTENTION: We are currently averaging a 2 to 3 business day turn-a-round on repairs after we receive your unit. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.       We will be closed between Christmas Eve and and New Year but you can still send your units in during this time for when we resume repairs once again on January 2nd.

Product Description

Repair service is for automatic climate control units and includes repairs for the following conditions:

1) Buttons that are no longer controlling functions properly or are non-responsive
2) Fan control knob will not move fan speed up and down or it appears to be erratic
3) Temperature control knob will not move temperature up and down or it appears to be erratic
4) Screen and buttons flash and there is no control of any functions
5) Mode selection lights are not lit up

NOTICE: For inoperative backlights you will need to purchase lamps from Toyota. There are a total of four, two for the display and two for the knobs.
