Our service center will be closed from July 22nd through August 6th so units would need to be received by Saturday July 18th to help ensure it will be repaired before closure. We will still be receiving packages during this time period if you are sending yours in for service for when we reopen. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.

Product Description

This repair service is for digital clusters and includes repairs and service upgrades for problems related to:

1) Intermittent or inoperative conditions where the cluster goes off and OO ERROR code is being displayed.
2) Burning smell coming from cluster

NOTE: If you are experiencing an ERROR message only but the cluster is working fine then there are other electrical problems that can cause this to occur such as a faulty or incorrect BCM / Eprom, faulty PCM, low battery, etc..

Extended Warranty Coverage

The extended warranty option is in addition to the warranty already provided on our repairs. All repairs have at least a one year warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
