Our service center will be closed from July 22nd through August 6th so units would need to be received by Saturday July 18th to help ensure it will be repaired before closure. We will still be receiving packages during this time period if you are sending yours in for service for when we reopen. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.

Repair service applies to 97 - 98 Ford trucks and Expeditions, 1997 - 2003 Ford vans and 1997 and later Ford F53 chassis motorhomes.

Some of the problems that these clusters can experience include:

1) Inoperative speedometers (damage is generally caused by jump starts or high amperage battery chargers)

2) Inoperative odometers or trip odometers

3) Sticking or erratic gauges
