ATTENTION: Due to the complexity of your vehicles electronics, it is recommended that you have your issues properly diagnosed before sending in the cluster for repairs (unless fading screens and power loss is one of the problems) since we will be repairing your unit based on your diagnoses of the problem. Symptoms covered in repair service include but are not limited to:
- Intermittent or inoperative instrument cluster
- No communication with cluster via scan tool and setting of lost cluster communication U codes.
- No start condition with inoperative cluster with MSP CAN BUS problems

Replacement of inoperative warning / turn signal chime is available for an additional fee or as a stand alone service
NOTICE: Attempted removal of or tampering with gauge needles will usually damage gauge motors which is not included in repair service so there will be an additional charge for replacement gauge motors.
Also, previous repair attempts which have made to the circuit board or components can further damage cluster thus complicating repairs or even cause permanent damage which will affect the longevity of the repair service thus affecting the warranty.
