Current turnaround is averaging 3 - 4 business days after we receive your unit in for repairs so please keep this in mind when sending your unit in for servicing. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.
I found Cluster Fix on Youtube and was shown how to remove the dash to get to the cluster ( great video on how to). I shipped it out on a Monday and had it back by Friday ( Philadelphia to Washington and back). I had two problems with my cluster and both were fix. I am VERY HAPPY with the work that was done and the speed it was done in. I saved a lot of money using Cluster Fix and I would highly recommend them..
