Notice: We will closed from March 11th - 16th but you can still send your units in during this time period and orders will be serviced in the order they are received once we reopen. Current turnaround is averaging 3 - 4 business days after we receive your unit in for repairs so please keep this in mind when sending your unit in for servicing. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.
For repair services found on our website, we stock most of the parts needed to complete your repairs in a short time period which is typically a 1-3 day turn around depending on workload.
For unusual problems or repairs that are not found on the website, there may be additional time needed to locate the necessary replacement parts to complete the job.
