We are currently running a 5 - 6 business day turnaround on repairs once we receive your unit and please note our September closure when sending your unit in for servicing. Please be advised: We will be closed for the entire month of September. During this time you can still send your unit in to get in line for servicing once we re-open on October 1st. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.
I've been having trouble with my 2000 Volkswagen New Beetle and these guys were most helpful over the email back that I received with information regarding the problems there could be with my cluster.
