Dear Shannon and staff, it is sooooo nice now to drive my Ford Windstar without the cluster dancing about. Also nice to have a full tach needle instead of a half of one. I'm glad that I stumbled across your video on YouTube and link to your website. Thanks again for providing this type of service...it's awesome and I was more than happy to shell out the money to you guys, instead of trying to deal with the Ford Motor Co. monkeys that basically treated me like a peon when I contacted them twice in an attempt to get my cluster repaired.
