Words are too inadequate for me to sufficiently express my complete satisfaction for the absolute height of professionalism demonstrated by Shannon of Cluster Fix. I had already determined I would need my instrument cluster either rebuilt or replaced and I asked for that information. Fortunately, I described the problem created when I jump started my van. I'd been to the dealer before and knew that avenue would be very costly. I fully expected a reply from Cluster Fix that would confirm my need for their help, give me a price with the shipping instructions, BUT within only about an hour and a half from the time I sent my email, I was told (free of charge) how to effect a self-test on my 2002 Chrysler Town and Country Van. To my amazement, and just as I was told, the instruments re-calibrated completely. My wife and I are very very happy. Needless to say, the honesty and professionalism exhibited by Cluster Fix would be appreciated by anyone and I recommend them unequivocally to anybody who has an instrument problem.
