Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival. We will be closed between Christmas Eve and and New Year but you can still send your units in during this time for when we resume repairs once again on January 2nd.
Cluster was completely dead in my Volvo - mechanic's were certain it would be north of $1k to fix. Sent it to Cluster Fix on Saturday and got it back on Wednesday and everything works like new - for a lot less than was expected.
