Cluster Fix is owned by Shannon Johnston, an Advanced Master ASE Certified automobile technician with over 25 years of experience in the field of automotive repair. In addition to professional training, Shannon has diagnosed and repaired thousands of electrical system problems in all manner of vehicles.
We realize that customers need their vehicles and we do our best to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Depending on workload, we provide 1-3 business day turnaround time on repairs and the average shipping time across the United States is 2 days when using Priority mail or 1 day for FedEx in the Northwest.
