It's so refreshing to find a business owner that responds to e-mails, stands behind their work, and offers a 2 year warranty. I support small business owners and try to shop locally whenever possible. I recently bought a new (to me anyway) pickup, and wouldn't you know it the gauge cluster had a few "issues". Turns out that it's a pretty common occurrence with this particular model. The next evening I saw an ad for Cluster Fix and thought I'd give them a try. They offer an accurate diagnosis, a quick turnaround time, and will even send you the proper container to send your gauge cluster to them to prevent further damage. After a few e-mail exchanges I sent my gauge cluster to Shannon for a bench test and recommendations. I got a very clear report of what was wrong, along with a couple of different repair options. It was fixed and back in my truck within just a few days! I could not be happier! It has been SO LONG since I felt I got my moneys worth on a repair that I paid someone else to do. I can certainly recommend these folks for all your gauge repairs. You can even get an instant quote from their website. Check it out at www.clusterfix.net.
