Notice: Our service center will be closed for repairs from December 3rd - 17th but you can still send your unit in during this time to get it in line for repairs once services resume. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.
Took a PSOM in for repair and it solved part of the problem. The owner took me through the diagnostic process and I was able to repair the rest myself. Excellent communication and work. Would highly recommend
