Our service center will be closed from July 22nd through August 6th so units would need to be received by Saturday July 18th to help ensure it will be repaired before closure. We will still be receiving packages during this time period if you are sending yours in for service for when we reopen. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.
I don't know why I stayed in the dark so long; I should have sent you my 2008 Sebring electroluminescent dash for a fix long ago. Thanks for the excellent service - It's good (and safer) having that soft glow back again.
