Our service center will be closed from July 22nd through August 6th so units would need to be received by Saturday July 18th to help ensure it will be repaired before closure. We will still be receiving packages during this time period if you are sending yours in for service for when we reopen. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.   

Email correspondence and customer service was quick and exemplary. They assisted me with the removal process and all went well. I was stationed overseas when I ordered the repair, so shipping took a longer for me, but turn around time was still around 10 days. I also did not know that they offered a military discount. When they found out that I was military, I assume because of my APO address, Cluster Fix refunded me 10% of my bill. Shannon and Cluster Fix were excellent to work with and the repair worked great, holding up two years later.
