NOTICE: We will be closed from February 3rd thru the 11th. For a quick turnaround we will need to have repairs in by Friday the 30th and repairs sent in after the 11th may not be completed until we reopen on the 12th. The office will still be open to receive packages during our closure dates so your repairs can still be sent in during this time and we will service them in the order that they are received. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.     

When I called and explained that the post office had temporarily lost my cluster in the shipping process, they assured me that they would do their best to repair my cluster as quickly as they could. Within days of them finally receiving my cluster it was repaired and back in the mail on it's way to me. They even called to see if I would like change my shipping to a faster option. It's like small town service from an internet company. Unbelievably awesome! Thank you so very much!
