Our service center will be closed from July 22nd through August 6th so units would need to be received by Saturday July 18th to help ensure it will be repaired before closure. We will still be receiving packages during this time period if you are sending yours in for service for when we reopen. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.
You did a great job fixing my cluster. Super-fast turnaround time and even a military discount (which I wasn't expecting, but certainly appreciate).
My cluster is back to 100% and I should be able to squeeze another couple hundred thousand miles out of my truck now. Thanks for providing such a great service.
