Notice: We will closed from March 11th - 16th but you can still send your units in during this time period and orders will be serviced in the order they are received once we reopen. Current turnaround is averaging 3 - 4 business days after we receive your unit in for repairs so please keep this in mind when sending your unit in for servicing. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.

2004 F-150

I recently purchased a 2004 F-150 SC 4x4 with 121k and within a couple of weeks the odometer display stopped working. After doing some research online I came across a detailed youtube video posted by Shannon Johnston the owner of Cluster Fix showing how to remove the instrument cluster. Following the instructions of the video I removed the cluster and shipped it to Cluster Fix. The following week the instrument cluster was delivered very nicely packaged and very clean. The re-installation was easy and all gauges and odometer are working perfect! I dont recall her name but when I made the initial phone call to Cluster Fix the woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Thanks a bunch to the staff at Cluster Fix!
