The cluster unit in my 2004 GMC Envoy has been inoperable for several years. I carried it to a dealer and received a quote of right around $1000 to fix it. I sent it to Cluster Fix for a complete rebuild and for around $200 it looks and works like new. I had my cluster back in my vehicle less than a week after I mailed it in, which is almost unheard of. I would not hesitate to recommend Cluster Fix to all of my friends who may have similar problems with their cluster.
Also, thanks for the instructional videos for removing the cluster. I am one of the least mechanically inclined person that I know and I was able to remove and reinstall the cluster with ease.
