Our service center will be closed from July 22nd through August 6th so units would need to be received by Saturday July 18th to help ensure it will be repaired before closure. We will still be receiving packages during this time period if you are sending yours in for service for when we reopen. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.
Many thanks to all of you at Cluster Fix. What a great service! My 2003 Ford Expedition message canter is now working perfectly. Received the instrument cluster back on Friday afternoon and reinstalled it Saturday morning. You saved me about a thousand dollars over what it would have cost if I had the dealer replace it.
