NOTICE: We will be closed from February 3rd thru the 11th. For a quick turnaround we will need to have repairs in by Friday the 30th and repairs sent in after the 11th may not be completed until we reopen on the 12th. The office will still be open to receive packages during our closure dates so your repairs can still be sent in during this time and we will service them in the order that they are received. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.     

Wow, unbelievable, I live in Baltimore, MD (East Coast). I sent my cluster via USPS on Thursday July 30th, paid extra for Express. They received the cluster on Saturday August 1. It is Tuesday Aug 4th at 11:30 and the postman just delivered my cluster. Now that is turn around service. I will install in a few hours and let you all know if everything went well. If their Workmanship is as good as their customer service then I should have no worries.
