Notice: Our service center will be closed for repairs from December 3rd - 17th but you can still send your unit in during this time to get it in line for repairs once services resume. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.     

I just wanted to thank you what I consider to be the ultimate in Customer Service. Not only did you post a video of how to remove it, but when it came back to me, and I took it out of the box, I thought it was a brand-new item. I installed it, and everything works perfectly, especially at night with the new back lighting. Thank you for doing such a good job, and I'll be sure to spread the word of your Service here on the East Coast.
