We will be closed for Friday-Monday for the Memorial Day weekend and are currently averaging a to 6 business day turn-a-round on repairs after we receive your unit. Expedited Service will not be available from May 21st - 23rd. Please retain a copy of your tracking number when shipping your unit in to us for repairs since we do not send out notifications of your packages arrival.     

I just wanted to thank you what I consider to be the ultimate in Customer Service. Not only did you post a video of how to remove it, but when it came back to me, and I took it out of the box, I thought it was a brand-new item. I installed it, and everything works perfectly, especially at night with the new back lighting. Thank you for doing such a good job, and I'll be sure to spread the word of your Service here on the East Coast.
